A Security Deposit and signed contract is required to hold the hall for your affair.

All prices and conditions are subject to change without notice, but will be guaranteed 90 days prior to your affair.
Final menu confirmation and attendance count of within 5% is due 14 days prior to your affair.
There is a 5 1/2 hour limit, maximum 11:00 PM, on all functions held at the Northampton Memorial Community Center from the time the doors open till closing. All additional time will be subject to a surcharge and must be agreed to prior to the start of the affair.
Please Note : all food, refreshments (non-alcoholic) and any extras used or served at the Northampton Memorial Community Center with the exception of wedding cakes and cookies must be purchased from the Northampton Memorial Community Center and the entire bill is subject to sales tax and gratuity charges.
The Northampton Memorial Community Center is a Smoke-Free Building. Smokers Must Smoke Outside— This Will Be Enforced.
